  • We are located in Van Nuys, California

  • We do accommodate dietary restrictions on all our boards except for the cookie boards. Before submitting your order, please fill out the dietary restrictions form so we can make your order as perfect as possible, based on your needs & preferences. Please note, the variety of produce we use is 100% dependent on the seasonal availability and may change.

  • All orders must be placed through the website to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.   

  • We are happy to accommodate cancellations but please note, any cancellations 48-hours ahead of the pick-up/delivery date will be charged 50% of the total paid and any cancellations within 0 - 24 hours of the pick-up/delivery date are non-refundable. For orders of $1,000 or more, we will need at least a 7-day notice ahead of the pick-up/delivery date in order to get a full refund, less than a week notice, will be charged 50% of the total paid and any cancellations within 0 - 24 hours of the pick-up/delivery date are non-refundable.

  • If you have other custom order requests (i.e. a dozen cookies, corporate gift boxes, grazing table etc), please email us at hello@theseedca.com and we will be happy to work with you on making it happen.

  • We recommend consuming our boards within 2 hours of receiving. Enjoy your board on the same day it’s delivered for ultimate freshness.

  • Yes, we currently deliver within LA and OC. There are no delivery fees for LA orders but there is a small fee ($20) for any OC deliveries. Pick-ups are encouraged and welcomed. Upon checkout, you will be asked to select a preferred pick-up or delivery window.

  • Yes, we would love to help you with a custom grazing table!  Please fill out the request form so we can provide you an accurate estimate. Grazing table requests require at least 1 week advance notice and $1,000 min order. Please note, we do not provide the tables.

  • Currently, we require a 48-hour notice for all orders but please email us at hello@theseedca.com or call 949-280-8948 and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate any last minute requests.
