We are located in the valley in Van Nuys, California.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We do accommodate dietary restrictions on all our boards except for the cookie boards. Before submitting your order, please fill out the dietary restrictions form so we can make your order as perfect as possible, based on your needs & preferences. Please note, the variety of produce we use is 100% dependent on the seasonal availability and may change.

Can I place an order through phone/email/Instagram?  

All grazing board orders must be placed through the website to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.   For custom grazing table or cart orders, we will email you a digital invoice for payment.

Can I cancel my order?

We are happy to accommodate cancellations but please note, any cancellations 48-hours ahead of the pick-up/delivery date will be charged 50% of the total paid and any cancellations within 0 - 24 hours of the pick-up/delivery date are non-refundable. For orders of $1,000 or more, we will need at least a 7-day notice ahead of the pick-up/delivery date in order to get a full refund, less than a week notice, will be charged 50% of the total paid and any cancellations within 0 - 24 hours of the pick-up/delivery date are non-refundable.

Can I place a custom order?

If you have other custom order requests (i.e. a dozen cookies, corporate gift boxes, grazing table etc), please email us at hello@theseedca.com and we will be happy to work with you on making it happen.

How long do the boards remain fresh?

We recommend consuming our boards within 2 hours of delivery. Enjoy your board on the same day it’s delivered for ultimate freshness.

Do you deliver?  If so, what are your delivery fees?  

Yes, we currently deliver throughout LA county and OC county. There is a $25 delivery fees for all LA deliveries. Pick-ups are encouraged and welcomed. Upon checkout, you will be asked to select a preferred pick-up or delivery window. Once you’ve placed your order, your pick-up instructions will be emailed to you.

What is the different between your grazing boards vs. grazing table?

Our grazing boards are fully prepared and delivered to unbox and serve. There are no minimums. Our grazing tables require on-site set-up and customized based on your choice of appetizers and desserts. There is a $1k minimum for larger grazing table set-ups.

Do you have a minimum for grazing tables and how far in advance should we book?

Grazing tables require at least 1 week advance notice and $1,000 min food order. Please fill out the request form so we can provide you an accurate estimate. Please note, we do not provide the tables. Also, bamboo plates, napkins etc are extra.

Do you provide florals & custom styling?

Yes, we offer styling and florals for our larger grazing table and grazing cart set-ups. We work within your budget to provide the aesthetic you are envisioning. Florals are an added cost. The styling is included in our set-up, strike. and delivery fee for all grazing table and cart experiences.

How long is the set-up for grazing table vs. grazing cart?

Depending on the size of the event, our grazing tables typically require 2-3 hours of set-up on-site prior to the event start time. The grazing cart requires only 1-2 hours depending on the package.

Can you help me with a last-minute order?

Currently, we require a 48-hour notice for all board orders and 1-week min for grazing table and cart inquiries but please email us at hello@theseedca.com or call 949-280-8948 and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate any last minute requests.

If we need a board delivered outside your operating hours - can you accommodate?

Yes, absolutely. Please make a note upon check-out for your preferred delivery time.
